SCREENINGS OF THE '30 MINUTES' PROGRAMME FILMS

Films produced within the '30 minutes' programme are presented at the 'Rejs' cinema in Warsaw. Two feature films produced by the Andrzej Wajda School are among them – 'Na kredyt [On Credit]’ directed by Przemysław Nowakowski and 'Podróż [The Journey]’ by Dariusz Glazer.

The goal of the '30 minutes' programme, which was established in 2005 on the initiative of Wojciech Marczewski, is to enable young filmmakers to make their feature film debut in professional conditions. Participants of the programme are young directors before their full-length film debut. The programme plans to produce 10, 30-minute long, films on contemporary issues per  year. Each debutant receives artistic and production supervision. The partners of the programme are: the Andrzej Wajda Master School of Film Directing, the Andrzej Munk Studio 'The Young and Film' within the SFP (the Polish Filmmakers Association, who was a partner of the programme on its own until 2008), the Polish Television and the Polish Film Institute.

The selected films produced within the '30 minutes' programme may be seen in the 'Rejs' cinema.
The screenings are primarily directed to young audiences, filmmakers, students.
The organisers would like to establish a connection with the audience and to confront debutants with young, but also demanding viewers.
